While demonstrating Organizational Excellence, you will be responsible for the following outcomes:
- Provide best in market service to the membership
- Offer products, services and financial solutions to the membership
- Meet cross-sell, deposit and loan production goals
- Accurately process deposit and loan accounts for the membership
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required, with one year's experience as a customer service representative in either a retail establishment or financial institution in which sales was a function of the job.
- Proven track record in member service.
- Present a professional image to the membership and community.
- Proven ability to prioritize tasks, demonstrate time management, apply analytical/problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Computer experience required with knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to take on varied assignments and work flexible schedule, including Saturdays
Salary : $21 - $23
