Duties
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with curriculum standards.
- Teach mathematical concepts across different grade levels, ensuring comprehension and application.
- Assess student performance through standardized testing and other evaluation methods.
- Provide academic advising and support for students, including those with special education needs.
- Facilitate a classroom environment conducive to learning, encouraging student participation and collaboration.
- Conduct research to stay updated on best practices in mathematics education.
- Participate in education administration tasks, including curriculum development and faculty meetings.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics or a related field; teaching certification preferred.
- Experience in higher education teaching is a plus.
- Knowledge of special education practices and strategies for diverse learners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage students and collaborate with staff.
- Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and educational assessment methods.
