Elementary Teacher

We are seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Elementary School Teacher to join our learning community. Key Responsibilities: - Design and deliver high-quality, standards-based instruction aligned to grade-level curriculum expectations - Implement explicit, systematic literacy instruction, including phonics, phonemic awareness, reading comprehension, and writing development - Deliver differentiated math instruction focused on number sense, problem-solving, and conceptual understanding - Use data-driven practices to assess student progress and inform instruction - Foster a positive, inclusive classroom culture that supports social-emotional development - Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including small group instruction, guided practice, and hands-on learning experiences - Collaborate with colleagues, specialists, and families to support student growth and achievement - Maintain clear and consistent communication with families regarding student progress and classroom activities
