ST. MARY AUTO, LLC is looking for an experienced Automotive Sales Representative to join our team. We are seeking a motivated, professional salesperson who understands the automotive business and has a proven ability to work leads, build customer relationships, and close vehicle sales.
Previous automotive sales experience is required.
Job Responsibilities
- Work dealership-provided internet, phone, social media, and walk-in leads
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers
- Present vehicles and identify customer needs
- Explain vehicle features, pricing, financing, and payment options
- Assist customers with Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) and financing programs
- Work with customers across different credit situations
- Negotiate and close vehicle sales
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Generate repeat and referral business
- Promote dealership inventory through social media and online platforms
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Maintain accurate customer and sales records
Qualifications
- Previous automotive sales experience is required
- Proven track record of closing vehicle sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent follow-up and customer service skills
- Comfortable discussing financing and payment options
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong computer, phone, and social media skills
- Bilingual candidates are a plus
- Valid driver's license required
