The school serves 375 students on a unified campus and is known for its Mercy values, all-girls environment, close-knit community, and commitment to educating the whole child. Position Overview. St. Mary Academy - Bay View seeks a strategic, mission-driven Vice President of Finance & Operations, a senior leadership role that serves as the school’s chief financial and operating officer and a key partner to the President. This role leads the school’s financial strategy and oversees key operational areas including finance, human resources, facilities, and technology. The Vice President will work closely with the President, senior leadership team, and Board of Trustees to align resources with institutional priorities, strengthen systems, support enrollment growth, and ensure Bay View’s long-term financial sustainability and operational excellence.
