Position Overview. St. Mary Academy - Bay View seeks a warm, relational, mission-driven Head of Lower School, a divisional leadership role responsible for the instructional program, student experience, faculty support, and daily operations of the Lower School. Reporting to the Associate Head of School for Academics and working closely with the Associate Head for Student Experience, this leader will help shape a cohesive Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5 experience during a period of thoughtful organizational transition. The Head of Lower School will play a central role in strengthening teaching and learning, supporting faculty growth, refining student support systems, and building strong partnerships with families.
