St. Martin Pharmacy is an independent community pharmacy dedicated to providing personalized care and excellent service to our patients. We are seeking a friendly, dependable Certified Pharmacy Technician to join our team on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Process and input prescription orders accurately
- Assist the pharmacist with prescription preparation and dispensing
- Provide excellent customer service to patients in person and over the phone
- Process insurance claims and resolve billing issues
- Maintain proper inventory levels and assist with ordering and stocking medications
- Support daily pharmacy workflow and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Follow all state and federal pharmacy regulations
Qualifications
- Current Pharmacy Technician certification
- Registered with the Louisiana Board of Pharmacy (or eligible)
- Previous retail pharmacy experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
