Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in educational psychology or social work with an emphasis on behavior management interventions.

Performance Responsibilities
- Assists teachers in the design of appropriate behavior management programs for individual students and targeted classrooms.
- Works directly with the school system and other service providers to establish and coordinate cooperative working relationships
- Works directly with consultants to plan and conduct training sessions
- Establishes a training and support group for parents of children with behavioral or emotional disabilities
- Review existing behavior management programs and assists upon request with program modifications
- Provides in-service to school personnel on request
- Implements and revises the parish discipline plan for disabled students as needed
- Inputs discipline referrals
- Performs all such duties as assigned by the principal
- Assesses performance through an annual self evaluation
