Contempo Cabinetry is hiring a Cabinetry Project Manager to support our growing pipeline of multi-unit residential and commercial projects.
We are looking for someone who can step in and make an immediate impact. This role is ideal for a candidate with kitchen industry experience who understands how to move a project from plans and takeoffs to field coordination and installation with precision, urgency, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Coordinate multi-unit kitchen and bath projects from plans through field installation
- Field measure job sites accurately
- Read and interpret architectural, interior design, and engineering drawings
- Perform takeoffs, especially cabinet specifications, details, and countertop scope
- Develop project cost estimates using material, labor, equipment, and related cost inputs
- Prepare and submit bids and proposals
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors across multiple active jobs
- Coordinate deliveries and field distribution
- Oversee punch lists and help drive projects to completion
- Solve kitchen and cabinetry issues during both design and construction phases
- Partner closely with sales and project management teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, products, and technologies
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of experience in the kitchen industry
- Experience with field measuring
- Strong grasp of cabinet SKUs
- Knowledge of kitchen materials, finishes, and fixtures for multi-unit projects
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong math and analytical skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage moving parts without letting details slip
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines
