Position Overview
We are seeking an Independent Manufacturer’s Representative to lead sales growth in the Pacific Northwest territory, including the states of WA, OR, ID, UT and CO.
This role is ideal for a motivated and connected sales professional within the kitchen & bath, design, or home improvement industry who enjoys cultivating relationships, building dealer networks, and driving results through a consultative, design-forward approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new kitchen & bath dealerships, design studios, and builder accounts.
- Manage and grow existing dealer relationships through consistent engagement and sales support.
- Present and promote St. Martin’s full product portfolio, including inset, frameless, and custom cabinetry collections.
- Provide accurate quoting, pricing, and design assistance to help dealers close projects efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with St. Martin’s Sales Management and Customer Service teams for seamless project execution.
- Represent St. Martin at regional design and builder events, networking within the luxury home community.
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and market feedback monthly.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in cabinetry, kitchen & bath, or interior design sales.
- Strong existing relationships within the Pacific Northwest dealer and design community.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated and organized with strong follow-up discipline.
- Familiarity with 2020 Design, ProKitchen, or similar software preferred.
- Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel regionally.
Compensation
- Commission-based role with high earning potential based on performance.
- Display and rebate programs available for qualifying dealer accounts.
- Corporate support provided for quoting, freight coordination, and service management.
Territory
- Primary: WA, OR, ID, UT and CO
- Secondary: AK and British Colombia.
