What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Maintenance position at St. Maron?
We are a small event venue seeking a part-time maintenance caretaker of our facility. Hours are flexible and vary within season. Duties include break down of tables/chairs, cleaning and maintaining venue, upkeep of the facility as needed, setting up for upcoming events, and misc. maintenance as need arises. This position requires light physical work, moving of tables, chairs, boxes and venue equipment when necessary. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to identify needs and take the initiative to handle daily requirements.
Your hours will vary from week to week, usually anywhere from 10-20 hours per week, depending on events scheduled; however, your hours can be flexible to fit your schedule.
This is the perfect position for a retired handyman or maintenance person who is looking for something without a full-time commitment, with flexible hours and scheduling.
