What You'll Do:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization in the kitchen by ensuring a steady supply of sanitized dishware, utensils, and cookware.
- Wash and inspect dishes, glassware, and utensils by hand or using a dishwasher; properly storing clean items to prevent contamination.
- Keep the dishwashing machine and work area in a clean, operating condition.
- Assist waitstaff with clearing and transporting dishes when needed.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and use appropriate cleaning chemicals.
What You'll Need:
- A minimum of 6 months of previous dishwashing experience (required).
- Previous kitchen experience in senior living is preferred but not required.
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test.
