Part-Time, 3 days/week, 4 hours/day, with flexibility
Hourly $20 (reviewed after 3 months)

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to the pastor and oversee operations in the church office
- Provide clerical work to support the functions and ministries of the leadership team
- Management of the church calendar and schedule vendors, contractors, and outside groups who use the church facility
- Create weekly church bulletin and necessary printouts
- Manage correspondence, church directory and church website
- Answer phones and emails
- Greet and assist internal/external visitors

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with Zoom
- Ability to maintain confidentiality, multitask and work as part of the team
- Ability to utilize good communication, both oral and written
- Ability to organize files and document efficiently
- Skills in managing church directory, website, YouTube page, and other digital technology
- Character trait of maturity, problem-solving, and being a quick-thinker
- Background in/understanding of the United Methodist Church preferred
