Job Overview
St. Mark's Living is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Life Enrichment Assistant to support our team in providing exceptional care and services to individuals with diverse needs. Duties
- We are hiring 2 Life Enrichment positions: Assisted Living/Memory Care units, and Skilled Nursing unit.
- Provide direct support and assistance to residents in various settings.
- Facilitate recreational therapy activities that promote physical, emotional, spiritual and social well-being.
- Manage daily schedules for residents, and activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members to ensure continuity of care.
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records of services provided.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to understand and implement individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each resident.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
Experience
- Previous experience in long term care, Assisted Living &/or Memory Care preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective interaction with residents and team members.

The Assisted Living/Memory Care unit posting is 64 hours per pay period and will include partial working hours every other weekend. The Skilled Nursing unit posting ranges from 64-80 hours per pay period and will include partial working hours every other weekend.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.83 per hour
