Reporting to: Head of Middle School
Qualifications: Minimum bachelor’s degree (in Education preferred), State Certification or Statement of Eligibility preferred.

Successful applicants will be contacted for a short Zoom to discuss the role, then invited onto campus to teach a lesson, tour the school, and participate in a formal interview.

- Plan lessons linked to the curriculum plan.
- Incorporate modern pedagogical approaches into teaching.
- Differentiate and individualize instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to provide opportunities for cross-curricular learning.
- Record student progress.
- Demonstrate effective classroom management.
- Understand and value the importance of a well-rounded education.
- Positively contribute to the school community (this includes but is not limited to teaching electives, supervision duties, and supporting in “after-hour” events such as the Sports Banquet, School Dance, etc).
- Support recruitment and re-enrollment efforts.
- Maintain respectful and professional communication with parents.
