Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including front desk duties, phone calls from staff and patient families and the general work flow to ensure seamless workflow.
- Coordinate and help plan company events, monthly meetings, and staff training sessions to foster team development and engagement.
- Provide oversight guidance on clerical tasks such as filing, bookkeeping, and document management.
- Oversee sending and receiving packages and ensure timely delivery of supplies and services essential to office functioning.
- Handle human resources functions including onboarding new employees with EMR access, creating email usernames and passwords and collecting timesheets.
- Assist with scheduling monthly meetings and sending notifications.
- Audit compliance with relevant policies and procedures for documentation, visit management and adherence to the patient plan of care.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration with strong clerical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in the Matric electronic medical platform.
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently.
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, vendor collaboration, calendar scheduling, and development initiatives.
- Knowledge of human resources practices including onboarding, employee records management, and payroll support.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in filing systems, record keeping, and office procedures.
Pay: $45,000.00 per year
