Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New Orleans, LA for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator. The Administrator will oversee daily operations at our Downtown location, ensuring that high-quality care is consistently provided to residents. Responsibilities include managing long-term care services, overseeing the facility’s budget, ensuring regulatory compliance, leading and training staff, and maintaining a positive and supportive environment for both residents and employees.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of Nursing Home Administration and Long-term Care operations
- Experience in Budgeting and financial management of healthcare facilities
- Expertise in Elder Care, with a strong focus on patient-centered services
- Proven skills in staff Training and team leadership
- Licensed as a Nursing Home Administrator in the state of Louisiana
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Familiarity with state and federal regulations for senior care facilities
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field
