Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Pediatric Skilled Nursing | St. Margaret's Center
Part Time | Night Shift | Weekends Only: SaturdaySunday
Pay: $50-$56/hour
based on experience and shift differential

St. Margaret's Center, an affiliate of the Center for Disability Services, is a 94-bed pediatric and young adult skilled nursing facility located in Albany, NY. Since 1883, we have provided compassionate, specialized long-term care for medically fragile infants, children, and young adults in a nurturing, home-like setting.

RN Supervisor Qualifications:
- Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license

High school diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred: Associate's or bachelor's in nursing

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience
- Preferred: long-term care or developmental disabilities experience
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
What You'll Do:
- Oversee all facility operations during assigned shift
- Respond to resident emergencies and provide clinical leadership in real time
- Supervise nursing staff, including assignments and performance support
- Coordinate staffing needs, including call-offs and coverage decisions
- Conduct regular rounds to ensure resident safety, infection control, and quality care
- Review and complete documentation (incident reports, shift reports, audits)
- Support quality improvement and regulatory compliance initiatives
- Collaborate with Nursing Administration as needed
