RN: Registered Nurse Supervisor
Full Time | Evening Shift | Monday - Friday
Pay between $50-$56/hour
(based on experience and shift differential)

St. Margaret's Center, an affiliate of the Center for Disability Services, is a 94-bed pediatric and young adult skilled nursing facility located in Albany, NY. Founded in 1883, we provide specialized long-term care for medically fragile infants, children, and young adults on a single dedicated campus.
Our team delivers advanced 24-hour medical care in a nurturing, home-like environment where residents can experience a full childhood - including school, activities, family time, and friendships.
Requirements for a RN Supervisor -
- Current and valid New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license

High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or bachelor's in nursing preferred

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience,
- Preferably in long-term care or working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience
What you'll do as a RN Supervisor -
- Oversee facility operations during assigned shift, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient environment for residents and staff
- Respond to all resident emergencies, ensuring timely, appropriate care and clinical decision-making
- Supervise and support nursing staff, including assignments, performance oversight, and collaboration with Nursing Administration on disciplinary actions
- Manage staffing needs in real time, including call-offs, shift coverage, and adherence to staffing guidelines and chain of command
- Conduct routine rounds to monitor resident care, safety, infection control, and overall unit operations
- Complete and review required documentation (incident reports, shift reports, audits) and participate in quality improvement and regulatory compliance activities
