These include our 24-hour emergency department, orthopedics, surgical care, maternal and childbirth services, sleep medicine, hospice care, and more. Come join our Surgical Services Team- we are hiring for a rare full-time Innovative RN position to support the Operating Room.
* $15k Sign on bonus based on RN Circulator experience * (new hires only)
Summary
The RN Circulator is responsible for Preparation of OR prior to surgery, prep of patient when in OR, maintaining sterile environment during surgery, monitoring patient and ensuring safety and quality during surgery. Identifying needs of surgeon and healthcare team to eliminate potential health risks. These nurses are also responsible for some recovery and patient care after surgery.
Schedule 1.0 Full Time FTE. The Innovative RN is scheduled to work dayshift 40 hours Monday - Friday with call that week for all 7 days through the following Monday at 0700. The second week is scheduled off work. Call response time is 30 minutes.
Qualifications
- Education: Nursing Degree (ADN or BSN)
- Experience: 1 years' RN in the Operating room with scrub experience
- Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice, BLS required, CNOR highly preferred.
