Primary Job Responsibilities
- Partner with faculty to design, deliver, and support technology-enhanced curricular experiences
- Assume responsibility for key systems such as the Student Information System or Visitor Management system, based on experience and interest
- Design and deliver training for faculty, including both planned professional development and responsive, just-in-time support; develop reusable instructional materials
- Support faculty in effectively using classroom technology, including interactive display tools
- Provide technology support and guidance to administrative and non-academic departments as needed
- Lead or contribute to special projects, including project planning and coordination
- Teach up to one mini-course per semester
- Passion for education and the effective use of technology in teaching and learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with individuals across a wide range of technical proficiency
- Collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills
- Curiosity and a willingness to learn new technologies and systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects
- Classroom teaching experience preferred
