Here at St. Luke’s Preschool, we are seeking an experienced fully qualified Infant Toddler to join our team! You will be supporting ages 0-5 years of age. You will be a part of a team who thrives on communication and helping children learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment. Responsibilities:
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to engage children in meaningful learning activities.
- Assist children with developing social and emotional skills.
- Able to establish strong relationships with children and their families.
- Reliable, flexible and strong communication skills are a must.
- Able to create and have ideas come to life.
- Assess students’ skills and performance to ensure they are meeting developmental milestones.
- Must be able to work with a wide variety of parenting styles.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or AA degree is desired but not required.
- 12 ECE units, (331, 1A, 1B) – must also have infant toddler units.
- Must have or complete CPR, Mandated reporter certificate, and Pesticide certificate upon hiring date.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
