Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Camp Counselors to join our team for an exciting summer camp experience. Duties
- Supervise and engage with campers during various activities including sports, arts and crafts, and outdoor adventures.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote teamwork, creativity, and personal growth.
- Ensure the safety of all campers by adhering to camp policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to campers in developing new skills and building confidence.
- Communicate effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members to foster a positive camp community.
- Assist in managing camper behavior through effective classroom management techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the camp facilities and equipment.
Skills
Ideal candidates should possess the following skills:
- Babysitting experience or childcare background is highly valued.
- First aid certification is a plus.
- Experience working with students or children in various settings.
