Position Summary:
Enterprise IT Program Manager is responsible for overseeing a portfolio of technology-enabled initiatives that support St. Luke’s strategic, clinical, operational, and financial objectives. This role serves as a key liaison between Information Technology and business stakeholders, ensuring projects are appropriately prioritized, governed, coordinated, and delivered. Responsible for promoting teamwork with all members of the healthcare team. Performs all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
Experience: Five (5) or more years of project or program management experience
