A well-established long-term care facility is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to fill a full-time Dietary Manger role.
The Dietary Manager will be responsible for overseeing food service operations while ensuring our residents receive nutritionally balanced and safe meals. The Manager will manage all aspects of the Dietary Department including menu planning, food purchasing, employee training and supervision, as well as reviewing food/kitchen safety and regulations. Additionally, this is a "working" Manager role which will require the training and need to cover any shift for any position in the Dietary Department: *Candidates should be willing to work a flexible schedule including weekend and holiday rotations.
ServSafe and Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) certifications required and previous successful supervisory experience a must. *Certified Food Protection Professional preferred.
