Responsibilities
- Organize, file, and maintain comprehensive medical records for home health patients, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times
- Retrieve and distribute medical records promptly to authorized personnel, including clinicians and administrative staff
- Input data into Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems accurately, updating patient information as needed
- Review medical documentation for completeness and compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy standards
- Assist with the scanning, indexing, and digitization of paper records into electronic formats to enhance accessibility
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify or obtain missing or unclear medical information
- Ensure all records are stored securely in accordance with legal and organizational policies

Requirements
- Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare setting is highly preferred
