As Our HR Manager, You’ll Play a Key Role In Shaping The Employee Experience And Strengthening Our Workforce. You’ll:
- Partner with leadership to drive recruiting, retention, and succession planning strategies.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment practices to keep St. Luke ahead of the curve.
- Lead onboarding and orientation to foster positive employee engagement.
- Develop training and career growth programs for staff.
- Research compensation trends to ensure competitive pay and attract top talent.
- Administer benefits and recommend enhancements to keep our package competitive.
- Manage FMLA requests and leave administration to support employees during critical life events.
- Oversee payroll and ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
- Guide resolution of employee relations matters with professionalism and empathy.
- Degree in Human Resources, related field, or comparable experience.
- Proven HR management success.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathy, tact, and strong listening skills when working with employees.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency.
- Full-time, day shift
- On-site role in Mission Valley
