About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Production Operator Specialist to join our growing team This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career and grow with a company that values cross-training and skill development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain an industrial laminator (training provided).
- Pull products from shelves according to customer orders.
- Train on saw operations and cutting table processes.
- Learn and perform multiple roles across the production area through cross-training.
- Ensure accuracy in measurements using a ruler and measuring tape.
- Safely operate a forklift (experience is a plus, but training will be provided).
Qualifications:
- Ability to read and use a ruler and measuring tape accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within production.
- Forklift experience preferred but not required.
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude toward teamwork.
