We’re building a new sales team at Napleton Nissan, and we are looking for 6 motivated, competitive Sales Consultants who want to produce, hold gross, and get rewarded for their performance.
We’ve rolled out a NEW aggressive, gross-driven pay plan with $100K annual earning potential for top performers.
This isn’t just about selling units — we reward performance.
- Commission opportunities on front AND back gross
