Join our Public Works Department as a Bridge Supervisor: Responsible supervisory work directing and participating in the construction, repair, and maintenance of County highway bridges and assigned projects.
An employee in this class is responsible for on-site supervision and direction of bridge construction and maintenance operations. Duties include planning, coordinating and reviewing the work performed by assigned staff; reviewing blueprints and engineering directives; determining procedural, scheduling and material requirements; enforcing safety rules and practices; preparing daily time, materials and equipment records and reports; and participating in equipment operation and general labor tasks as required

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Pass/Fail

- k.Possession of valid certification from an accredited crane operator testing organization, and successful completion of crane rigging and signal training within one (1) year of appointment to the position and prior to certification.
