  • Support families through outreach and home visits
  • Work alongside Public Health Nurses
  • Connect families with local resources and services
  • Provide education, support, and referrals during pregnancy and early childhood
  • Build trusting relationships within the community
  • Help improve access to care for families on the Iron Range
