As an Event Attendant with the St. Louis Cardinals, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a memorable experience. From maintaining a clean and welcoming environment to supporting the high standards of service that define our organization, your contributions will help us continue delivering a top-tier fan experience every game day. The St. Louis Cardinals take pride in the excellent service we provide our guests each and every time they come to a ballgame. You will be responsible for upholding the reputation that we have established with high standards regarding the cleanliness of the stadium.

You must also be in good physical condition, as the job entails a great deal of walking, climbing stairs and standing on concrete surfaces in both cold and extremely hot weather. Please understand that you are hired to serve the guests. There will be nights when your responsibilities prevent you from seeing the game. Compensation:

The 2026 rate of pay for Event Attendants is $16.55 per hour with a pay increase following the first season.

Job Duties:

  • Patrol concourses, restrooms, and other areas to ensure a clean atmosphere.
  • Restock restroom supplies, disinfect high touch surfaces, empty trashcans and follow health and safety regulations.
  • Resolve cleaning issues as directed by fellow staff and management.
  • Greet our guests and assist them throughout the game to ensure their visit is safe, clean, fun and family-friendly.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age or older
  • Must be able to arrive up to two hours prior to game time
  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions - both extremely hot and cold weather
