Key Responsibilities
- Help reconcile accounts and review financial transactions for accuracy
- Support accounts payable management and forecasting
- Collaborate with staff on expense tracking and cost control initiatives
- Assist in audit preparation and documentation
- Assist in quarterly and year-end tax documentation preparation
- Conduct research and compile data for special finance projects
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- Incoming Senior or Graduate student preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- 15 hours per week with the potential for additional hours based on department demand
- Must work in the office at Enterprise Center in downtown St. Louis
- Relatively flexible on days/schedule
- Standard office hours (8:30am β 5:00pm)
