Positions Available Summer Camp Teacher / Instructor
Camp instructors lead week-long art programs using our structured curriculum and materials.
Most instructors learn one art-themed program and teach it 2–6 weeks during the summer at different camp locations.
Typical camp hours:
Monday–Friday
Approximately 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Camp Counselor / Camp Assistant
Camp assistants help instructors manage activities and support campers throughout the day.
Assistants often work multiple weeks throughout the summer, though we are flexible and can work around your schedule.

Responsibilities Instructor Responsibilities
- Lead hands-on art activities and creative projects
- Teach week-long Imagine Arts Academy summer camp programs
- Manage groups of approximately 15–20 children ages 5–12
- Encourage creativity and participation
- Transport camp materials to and from camp locations
- Maintain a safe and positive classroom environment
- Help distribute and organize art materials
- Assist younger campers with projects
- Help supervise campers during lunch and recess
- Support classroom management and positive behavior
- Assist with setup and cleanup of activities
- Experience working with children (summer camps, tutoring, babysitting, teaching, etc.)
- Energetic, positive personality
- Comfortable leading or assisting group activities
- Reliable access to a car is required for instructors
- Available 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM for at least 4 weeks during the summer
- Willing to complete a background check

Salary : $15 - $24
