Seeking full-time Adult Education Teacher/Case Manager for 10-month (school schedule) position to support adult learners in a self-paced Industrial Learning Lab. This role requires a generalist background in Industrial Maintenance and related trade skills. Training on Amatrol learning systems will be provided. The position combines technical guidance, student support, and the day-to-day operation of the Industrial Learning Lab.
Experience in a teaching, training, coaching, mentoring, or workforce development environment is preferred. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. A combination of relevant education, technical training, and industry experience will be considered.
Qualifications:
- New York State Teaching Certificate or Adult Education Certification required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field preferred.
- Experience working with adult learners is desirable.
- Technical training and industry experience preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
