Position Highlights :

Perform physical exams, record medical histories, and create patient care plans
Contribute to existing care plans and analyze diagnostic tests
Work with EMR Epic for seamless record-keeping

Practice Details :

Primary location in Potsdam with potential outreach to surrounding facilities

Monday to Friday schedule, 8am to 4pm

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive compensation ranging from $100,000 to $200,000

5,000 signing bonus and $7,500 relocation assistance

1,000 for licensing & dues, $2,000 for CME's
