Part-Time Office Client Service Representative
Part-Time | Long-Term Opportunity
Location: In-Person – Office Based
St. Laurent Property Maintenance is seeking a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Client Service Representative to assist our Office Manager with daily administrative and client communication tasks. We are dedicated to enhancing condo living one property at a time. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service through our landscaping and snow plowing expertise. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Office Manager with daily administrative and operational tasks
- Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails professionally and promptly
- Log and manage client communications and service requests
- Create and update service tickets for client requests, issues, or follow-ups
- Support scheduling and coordination with field crews as directed
- Allocate invoices, client, & subcontractor payments
- Maintain accurate records in company systems and CRM software
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills (phone, email, and text)
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable with computers, email, and basic software systems
- Customer service or office experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office setting
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented
- Willingness and ability to help with field operations in a limited capacity preferred
Schedule:
- Part-Time, flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.
- Available timeframe; 7:00 AM–5:00 PM EST, limited to 20 hours per week.
