Become an Educational Assistant at St. Katharine Drexel Elementary School for the 2026-2027 school year and make a difference everyday! You’ll play a pivotal role in empowering students to reach their full potential. This position is combined as an Educational Assistant and After School Care Assistant. In this role you will be serving students in Academic Services; our special education program.

Job Description:
- Promote the mission of Bishop O†Gorman Catholic Schools
- Tutor/support students in all academic areas
- Administer make-up tests
- Monitor student progress and keep records
- Confer with supervising teachers
- Perform various duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school education or equivalent
- Some post higher training in education preferred
- Works well with children
- Knowledge and comfort level verbal and math skills up through middle school
- Basic competency in computer skills
- Resourceful & creative to proved adaptations for students
- Self-starter
- High energy
- Ability to adjust to daily changes in task schedule
- Adapts well to a variety of tasks
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Problem-solving and decision making ability
