What You’ll Do
✨ Partner with the Tasting Room Manager to oversee daily operations
✨ Lead engaging wine tastings and support events that drive sales and guest engagement
✨ Coach, mentor, and support team members to deliver exceptional service
✨ Create and maintain eye-catching merchandising displays and promotions
✨ Ensure a smooth and memorable guest experience from start to finish
✨ Assist with planning and executing wine events and community experiences
✨ Step in as a leader on the floor, ensuring operations run efficiently
What We’re Looking For
✅ A positive, hands-on leader who enjoys developing others
✅ Strong sales skills with a passion for hospitality and guest service
✅ Excellent communication and public speaking abilities
✅ Creative, energetic, and solutions-focused mindset
✅ Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
✅ Weekend and holiday availability required
✅ Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
Experience That’s a Plus
⭐ 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
⭐ Previous leadership or supervisory experience
⭐ Wine knowledge or interest in learning more

📍 Location: Rockford Tasting Room
🕒 Full-Time | 8-hour shifts (including weekends and holidays)
🔞 Must be 21 years or older
