Role Description

The Human Resources Director will oversee and manage the overall HR operations at St. Jude's Ranch for Children. Responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and overseeing performance management systems. The role also involves providing leadership, fostering a positive workplace culture, and supporting talent acquisition strategies. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boulder City, NV.


Qualifications

  • Experience in Human Resources management, including developing and implementing HR strategies and policies.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and conflict resolution techniques to maintain a positive and productive workplace.
  • Proficiency in Performance Management systems and best practices to support organizational goals.
  • Solid understanding of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to foster collaboration and respect in a diverse workplace environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Professional HR certification, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR, is a plus.
