Position Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the St. Jude mission & vision and provide the office with administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
The Volunteer Office Administrative Assistant is responsible for:
- Assisting staff with basic administrative tasks
- Answering email inboxes and providing exceptional customer service
- Entering information into Microsoft Office applications
- Assisting with preparations, correspondences and mailings
- Maintaining confidentiality of all data entered
- Photography, description and uploading of auction package/items
- Other duties as assigned
- Duties may include but are not limited to organizing and packing items in preparation for events

- Ability to understand directions and follow procedures

- St. Jude Volunteer Orientation (new volunteers)

Time Commitment
- 8-10 hours per week, could be more leading up to major event(s).

- 6 month with renewal opportunities
