Internship Details

Internship Details
- Dates: June 1 – August 7, 2026
- Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday)
- Pay: $14/hour
- Location: Headquarters Office in Memphis, TN

Qualifications
- Must be currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student at an accredited college/university or May 2026 graduate
- Passionate about our mission
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be 18 years of age or older
Key Projects:
- Oracle Fusion Transformation – Change Management Support
- Finance Project Tracking & Dashboard Support
- Assist in tracking and managing Finance project activities, timelines, and deliverables
- Support Oracle Fusion change management efforts, including:
- Policy implementation and enforcement
- Process documentation and updates
- User training sessions and materials
- Internal communications and stakeholder engagement
- Create professional correspondence, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools
- Coordinate and participate in meetings with Finance leaders and team members to support project and change management initiatives
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Effective interpersonal and public speaking abilities
- Professional writing and documentation skills
- Meeting planning and facilitation
- Basic project management knowledge
- Familiarity with change management principles
