We currently have a full-time (37.5 hours/week) Housekeeper position in our Environmental Services Department. Our ideal candidate must be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently. They need to be meticulous in the level of service provided to our residents.

Job Responsibilities;
- Perform daily laundry and housekeeping tasks according to assigned work and established policies.
- Maintain the facility in a clean, safe, and comfortable manner, respecting residents and their belongings.
- Coordinate laundry and housekeeping services with nursing staff in resident areas.
- Collect, weigh, and sort soiled laundry, treating stains as needed.
- Wash, dry, fold, and distribute clean laundry.
- Maintain adequate laundry and linen supplies.
- Clean and polish furnishings, fixtures, and room units using appropriate cleaning solutions.
- Follow proper cleaning procedures for resident discharges, transfers, and vacant rooms.
- Dispose of waste and reline trash receptacles daily.
- Maintain adequate housekeeping supplies in designated closets.
- Keep work areas clean and store equipment and supplies properly.s.
Requirements;
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Demonstrated punctuality, dependability, compassion, and patience.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
