Job Summary and Responsibilities
Staff Pharmacist who, under general supervision, is responsible for the delivery and documentation of pharmaceutical care provided to patients using the medication use process (selecting, prescribing, dispensing, administration and monitoring of medications).

Job Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy or PharmD
Current Arizona Pharmacist License in good standing
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
One year hospital experience
Strong clinical pharmacy skills
Previous experience with hospital pharmacy computer systems
