Job Description
Maintain and monitor the integrity of the 340B program in collaboration with the program manager. Review and optimize 340B policy and procedures at all 340B eligible sites while implementating strategies to increase volume at contract pharmacies. Participate in all 340B oversight and compliance activities. Provide support for patients at outpatient 340B sites and throughout system via 340B contract pharmacies.
Qualifications
Work requires a High School diploma or equivalent, Associate's degree preferred, hospital pharmacy experience preferred. Certification by an organization recognized by the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy preferred. Registration by the Board of Pharmacy as a Registered Pharmacy Technician preferred. Ability to perform work accurately with attention to detail within specified time periods. Ability to handle and adapt to frequent directives, interruptions, and changes in workload and work schedule. 340B university Certification is preferred.

St. Joseph’s University Medical Center is an academic tertiary care medical center and state designated trauma center, located on the Paterson campus, regularly accepts referrals of difficult or unusual cases from other hospitals and physicians and performs both complex and routine procedures.
The Medical Center offers a full complement of specialty and subspecialty services including ambulatory, behavioral health, cardiovascular, emergency/trauma, internal medicine, neuroscience, oncology, orthopedic/spine, rehabilitation, surgical specialty, women’s health, imaging and pediatrics.
