Position Summary
1.Handles daily personnel management as required to maintain smooth operations and to maximize office efficiencies. 2.Responsible for practice financial procedures.
Develops, implements and monitors office policies and procedures (all internal policies and procedures need approval by MGM).
Oversees patient care services.
Responsible for initiation, coordination and completion of practice development materials.
Monitors daily and monthly operational reports and prepares management reports as needed.
Education
Bachelors of Business - Preferred
Experience
2-3 Years Medical Practice - Preferred
License & Certification

Core Job Functions
Ensures goals/directives are met by staff. Requires developing with Vice President office strategies to increase volumes, access and involvement in the community. Develop with Vice President marketing strategies to achieve the -Best of the Best.
Audits scheduling and reporting to ensure accurate performance. Ensures requests for standard changes are completed in a timely manner including provider reschedules and No Show reports for practices. Collaborates with administration with regard to department growth, call volumes and workflow changes needed to optimize department performance to ensure excellence in quality and patient care.
Hires, trains, counsels, disciplines and terminates staff as needed. Responsible for updating co-worker files such as performance evaluations, clinical competencies, job descriptions, organizational chart, net learning module and site orientations. Ensure system and HR policies and procedures are adhered to in all assigned practices.
Ensures reports are consistent with MGM requirements. Ensures data reported is current and accurate. Shares data monthly with scheduling staff and administration to evaluate performance and encourage teamwork.
Hires, trains, counsels, disciplines and terminates office support staff. Completes change request/posting requests as needed. Responsible for approving staff payroll each pay period.
Maintains medical record documentation to include charting and filing. Telephone etiquette and messages. Responds to patient concerns or complaints in a constructive timely manner.
Ensures practice is achieving goals and objectives set by MGM administration. Assists MGM administration in developing operational targets.
