Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a Full Time Social Worker for our Mental Health Clinic. The Social Worker will be responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments, record keeping, clinical assessment of safety risks and discharge readiness. Will be required to work collaboratively within the treatment team on behalf of the patient. Contact with family members and outside agencies on behalf of the patient will be at times required. Schedule will be 9AM-5PM.
Education and Qualification Requirements
- NYS LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC
- Bilingual Preferred
1199 Rate: $75,600-$86,400
