Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Outpatient Services team.
The RN provides high-quality patient care, supports clinical operations, and ensures exceptional service across the outpatient continuum. Deliver safe, effective direct patient care in an outpatient/ambulatory setting. Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and document care according to nursing standards.
- Communicate promptly with physicians, the Director of Surgical Services, House Supervisor, and healthcare team regarding patient condition, diagnostic results, and treatment plans.
- Respond quickly to changes in patient condition and support emergency interventions.
- Coordinate patient care with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary staff.
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and outpatient best practices. Participate in Performance Improvement initiatives, staff meetings, and required in-service trainings.
