Highlights
- Receive a faculty appointment based on experience
- See patients with medical residents and students in both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Position involves rotations for inpatient, outpatient and skilled nursing care
- Participate in teaching lectures and didactics as part of the core curriculum for the IM residency program
- Provide mentorship to medical students and residents
- Participate in program evaluation and resident evaluation
- Epic EMR
- Mix of inpatient and outpatient care
- Inpatient 7on/7off
- Outpatient Resident Clinic is M-F only
- Shared equal call for all providers
- On call on average 1 in 4 weekends for inpatient rounding with house staff
- Research opportunities present with a full time Director of Research available for assistance
- All candidates must be board certified in internal medicine
