As our Anesthesia Technician Lead at SJHMC, you’ll utilize a wide array of knowledge, technical skills and critical thinking abilities to oversee and facilitate the anesthesia needs of the OR. To ensure that the OR equipment needed is available in order to
safely and effectively care for patients. We can’t operate without you. The operating room (OR) runs as a team; every person on the team has an important role that directly impacts the patient. Your success in this role comes from your adaptability and enthusiasm to work with a team taking patients from a diseased process to a healing process.
Responsibilities:
- Calibrates and troubleshoots anesthesia equipment
- Cleans and maintains anesthesia equipment
- Serves as a resource for the department and staff accordingly
- Oversee daily operations including scheduling, staffing, evaluating and orientation of anesthesia technicians

Job Requirements
Minimum:
- Five years related experience
- High School diploma/GED
- American Heart Association BLS
Preferred:
- Associate's degree
